Located in the Port Building, this room is located on the 2nd floor and features partial views of the ocean. The room offers a common covered walkway and a cable TV. A refrigerator, coffee maker, security safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and a table with 2 chairs are provided as well.

Located opposite the ocean, across Shore Road, this room in the Lightship Building features a residential view, cable TV, small refrigerator, and a sitting area. Some rooms have gas fireplaces. The building has an elevator.

Wheelchair-accessible rooms are available on the first and second floors.

Located in the Port Building, this room is located on the 1st floor and features partial views of the ocean. The room offers a common covered walkway and a cable TV. A refrigerator, coffee maker, security safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and a table with 2 chairs are provided as well.

The two bedroom suite is located in the Garden House, which is located behind the Towers building across Shore Road from the ocean. The Garden House suite is a two-bedroom unit with a queen bed and a full bathroom in each bedroom. In addition the suite has a common room with a living area and a junior kitchen.
